Rickey began his career in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the law firm of Frailey, Chaffin, Cordell, Perryman, Sterkel and McCalla, LLP handling a wide variety of matters including title examinations. Later, he became Oklahoma Counsel and Office Manager for a national full-service title company. Rickey entered the oil and gas industry as a landman in 2007, and in 2008, he became an in-house Title Attorney at a large, publicly traded Exploration and Production Company located in Oklahoma City.

Experience
Joseph began his career in the Oil and Gas industry as a landman in 2005, and in 2007, he became an in-house title examination attorney at a large, publicly traded Exploration and Production Company located in Oklahoma City. During his time as an in-house attorney, in addition to rendering numerous title opinions in both Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, he assisted both corporate division counsel and landmen with various substantive oil and gas law and land regulation issues.

Matt has begun his career with Avery, Kurtz & Valerio as an oil and gas title attorney.
